Mission statement: Phi Chi Theta Professional Business Fraternity strives to incorporate diverse perspectives, establish equitable opportunities, and promote an inclusive environment to create an organization that fosters productivity, curiosity, safety, and success for all members and their academic and professional endeavors.

Vision: Throughout the 2024 semesters, Phi Chi Theta is committed to and accountable for increasing their social image and achieving long-term business fraternity goals through the inclusion of DEI-related initiatives. By fostering innovation and refining core values, members of PCT will have the ability to build conversational safe spaces that promote member engagement and embrace individual thought to ensure an environment that upholds diverse thinking, member equity, and inclusivity within all levels of the organization.
